Rogers Stock Jumps 11% as Investor Day Sets $1.5 Billion 2030 Revenue Target

Rogers Corporation (ROG) stock climbed 10.73% to $153 on September 30, 2026, after management used its Investor Day in New York to target more than $1.5 billion of 2030 revenue at a 26% adjusted EBITDA margin. That plan nearly doubles the $811 million the company booked in 2025.

Core markets, growing at a mid-single-digit rate, supply $250 million of the $700 million revenue gap. The remaining $450 million or more per year must come from three adjacencies led by AI data centers.

CEO Ali El-Haj addressed the credibility question head-on on the investor day call, saying the sizing rests on customer work: “this isn’t a market share estimate. These are actual programs with customers.” Management hopes to announce the first data center design wins within two quarters, with revenue starting in the second half of 2027.

Earnings grow far faster than sales in the plan: adjusted EPS of $14 in 2030 compares with $2.39 in 2025 and $3.80 expected for 2026, a compound growth rate above 40%.

Margin does much of that work: adjusted EBITDA margin rises from 14.2% in 2025 to 20.5% by 2028, with CFO Laura Russell tying most of that gain to lower factory costs and higher plant utilization.

The 2028 checkpoint gives investors a nearer test: $1.05 billion in revenue and $6 of adjusted EPS. Even after the pop, Rogers stock sits below its $164 close from June 30.
