What the Market Is Telling Us About T-Mobile Stock

T-Mobile stock is outperforming its peers right now, and the gap is widening. While Verizon lost postpaid accounts and AT&T saw phone churn hit a new high, T-Mobile grew both customer count and revenue per customer in the same quarter.

Management raised guidance on the back of this momentum.

  • Full-year core adjusted EBITDA is now expected between $37.1 and $37.5 billion.
  • Free cash flow guidance was also raised, now expected to be between $18.1 and $18.7 billion.
  • The company returned $6 billion to shareholders in Q1 through dividends and buybacks, and the board recently authorized an additional $3.6 billion in repurchases.
TMUS Stock Valuation Model (TIKR)

T-Mobile stock is still down about 6% year-to-date despite the strong results.

For investors watching the telecom space, that gap between performance and price could be worth a closer look.
