What Happened?
Marvell Technology (MRVL) stock jumped after the company reported record results for its Q4 and full fiscal year 2026.
- Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.22 billion, up 7% from the prior quarter and above guidance.
- For the full year, Marvell reported $8.2 billion in revenue, a 42% jump year-over-year.
- The story here is data centers. They made up 74% of revenue last quarter, driven by surging demand for AI infrastructure.
- Non-GAAP earnings per share for the full year hit $2.84, up 81% from the year before.
- Margins held strong, too, with non-GAAP gross margin at 59.5%.
Chairman and CEO Matt Murphy was direct on the call: bookings are accelerating at a record pace, and the company expects that momentum to carry through the rest of the fiscal year.

Management also raised its outlook significantly.
Marvell Technology stock is reacting to guidance that now calls for fiscal 2027 revenue to approach $11 billion, up from a $10 billion forecast that was made just three months ago.
For fiscal 2028, the company is targeting roughly $15 billion in revenue, with non-GAAP EPS of “well over $5.”
Two recent acquisitions, Celestial AI and XConn, are expected to strengthen Marvell’s position in AI networking, though their revenue contributions won’t be meaningful until fiscal 2028.
