Wall Street analysts just raised their quarterly earnings estimate for Corning (GLW) to $0.76 per share, pointing to expected strength in Life Sciences and Optical Communications, even as Automotive demand looks softer.

Corning was also named among the leading suppliers in the growing global cell culture market, especially in Asia-Pacific, which highlights the rising importance of its Life Sciences business.
