Palantir Technologies (PLTR) stock has gained 45% over the past three months, closing at $194 on October 7, 2026. The sharpest move came after the company reported second-quarter revenue of $1.935 billion on August 3, up 93% year-over-year.

The stock opened the period at roughly $134 and slipped into the low $120s through July. Then the report landed, and shares gapped to the low $160s the next session.

CEO Alex Karp set a growth goal in his prepared remarks on the Q2 earnings call: “I am driving the business to grow at a rate equal or above to what we have in U.S. commercial for the next 18 months.” U.S. commercial revenue had grown 149% in the quarter, and the same call raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $8.15 billion to $8.158 billion.

Palantir stock reached the mid-$180s in late August, slid to the mid-$160s by mid-September, and then climbed to $187 by September 30. Two infrastructure deals came during that stretch:

  • On September 8, Palantir named Nebius its preferred sovereign AI infrastructure partner.
  • Armada became Palantir’s inaugural Certified Modular Data Center Partner on October 1, pairing its Galleon modular data centers with Palantir’s Sovereign AI Operating System.

On October 8, Goldman Sachs upgraded Palantir stock to buy from neutral with a $230 target, and shares traded up 3.7% at $201 early in the session.

Across the chart, the stock went from roughly $134 in early July to $194 on October 7, with the July dip and the August 3 gap in between.

TIKR’s Model Values Palantir Stock at $1,389 by the End of 2030

palantir stock valuation model results
PLTR Stock Valuation Model Results (TIKR)

Using TIKR’s advanced valuation model, I ran a mid case with revenue growing 57% a year, a net income margin of 48.4%, EPS growth of 59.5% a year, and the P/E shrinking 6.7% a year. Growth sits close to the last year’s 56.2%, but the margin is a big step up from 35.0%, and the multiple shrinks after expanding 15.5% over the past year. I kept growth well under the 82% the company guided for 2026 because Karp’s target covers 18 months, not five years.

The model lands at $1,389 by December 31, 2030. That is a 615.8% total return from the $194 close over 4.2 years, or 59.2% a year.

By my math, $1,389 is about 7.2 times the October 7 close. The test is whether revenue keeps compounding above 57.0% a year once the base passes $8 billion.
